Affected MySubaru Connected Services subscribers who wish to continue using their services will need to update their vehicle's MySubaru Connected Services system by visiting an authorized Subaru Retailer before February 1, 2022.

They will have a small window of opportunity where a software update may still be possible.  They need to contact their authorized Subaru retailer to see if they have appointments available before 2/18/2022.   

If for any reason, customer unable to schedule a software update appointment with an Authorized Subaru retailer before 2/18/22,  their vehicle would need a part replacement at their expense.  Part availability is limited.   

This 
MySubaru Connected Services system update will be provided to all affected active MySubaru Connected Services subscribers. An ACTIVE subscription is required to qualify for the complimentary update.
