From MySubaru.com:
  1. Log into your MySubaru Account
  2. Select the VIN/Vehicle Nickname on the left drop down menu
    1. If you have multiple vehicles on your account you will need to identify the Mysubaru Connected Services equipped vehicle from the drop-down menu
  3. Select the "Profile" on the upper right side of the window
  4. Select "MySubaru Connected Services" from the drop-down menu
    1. Change PIN - will enable you to update if you have the current PIN
    2. Forgot PIN - will enable you to update the PIN if you have forgotten the PIN
      1. You must use your MySubaru password to update your PIN
  5. Select "Save"
From the MySubaru App:
  1. Log into your MySubaru App
  2. Select the Menu in the upper right corner
  3. Select "My Profile"
  4. Select "Change PIN"
  5. Enter the Original PIN, then enter the New PIN and confirm
  6. Click "Submit"
